Print Sizes & other Details

All our prints are hand made. All items are listed with size and dimensions. Please check the size before finalising your purchase. Please note all prints, specified in inches, are unframed, unless otherwise stated.

Variations and Imperfections

All prints will contain unique markings and variations, by virtue of the fact that the prints are hand-made. All items are thoroughly checked before packing and sending. In the unlikely event that a print is damaged during transit, please contact us.  If you receive a package that is visually damaged or opened upon arrival, please contact us immediately and record evidence of the damage.

Care and Maintenance

Please take care not to handle the print without gloves. Only use a framer who can frame fibre based prints. We can recommend archival framers with suitable experience – please get in touch with us.

Orders and Delivery

Please allow at least 3 weeks for processing of domestic orders. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars and includes GST (unless stated otherwise). Print prices may vary and are subject to change.

Payment

We accept various electronic payment methods using third party payment gateways.

Postage

Standard postage pricing will apply to domestic orders. For international shipping, please contact us for a quote before finalising your purchase. You are required to inspect and sign to acknowledge receipt of delivery for all domestic orders. 

Returns or Refunds

Please note there are no returns or exchanges or change of mind.

Any personal information you provide to us is used solely to process enquiries and purchases from this website.
